CREATIVE PRODUCER – FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON

We have an exciting opportunity in our Creative Studio department for a Creative Producer. This role manages the successful delivery of Creative department projects. This involves project planning, coordinating internal and external resources, managing budgets, scope and timelines, and the effective communication of status to internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Management and delivery of Creative team shoots, from concept to delivery, within budget, scope and timelines.
  • Creative project planning and resource scheduling in an efficient manner, in alignment with project goals
  • Effectively communicating project plans and statuses to all relevant stakeholders throughout the organisational process.
  • Effective financial management of projects
  • Performance Management of direct reports - facilitating a performance-driven culture in the Studio that attracts, retains and rewards people in alignment with the People Management framework
  • Project reporting - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data related to the Creative team projects to drive performance and decision making
  • Monitoring the execution of projects and unblocking any issues, using initiative to solve problems to the schedule
  • Continuous improvement of Production processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Pro-actively seeking out new talent, locations, models and suppliers to ensure creative output remains fresh
  • Champion the END. brand across the business, ensuring brand integrity is maintained at all times with a clear and concise tone of voice across all assets

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Professional qualifications or extensive practical knowledge gained through experience
  • Demonstrable experience in Production, preferably in a creative/studio environment
  • Experience in multi-tasking and effectively prioritising workload to cope with the demands of a fast-paced business
  • A valid driving license is essential for this role
