PRODUCT LAUNCH COORDINATOR – FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON

END. is a global destination for pinnacle products from over 500 leading brands and designers. The successful candidate will report into the Product Launch Manager and will be an integral support in part of our small but highly focused Marketing Team.

We have an exciting new opportunity as a Product Launch Planner to assist in the organisation and execution of market leading product launches. The role will involve working closely with both internal teams and our supply partners to ensure that END. executes its product launches to the highest possible level and within all guidelines. The role will suit someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will be driven, have great problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills, have a passion for launch culture and product, along with being proactive & highly organised

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Take ultimate responsibility for product launches at END., ensuring they are executed to the highest level and within all brand guidelines.
  • Manage and develop internal launch calendars, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with suppliers on shipping dates, images and other marketing assets
  • Communicate with internal teams to keep them up to date with all info relevant to launch product.
  • Ensure the consumer is kept informed of the latest product launches by working with the social team
  • Take ownership of the END. launches platform and help shape strategy and development including retail integration
  • Working with the goods in, production, content & retail operations to ensure product is in the business and through all relevant process’ in time for launch
  • Passionate about launches within the business and across the market and be an advocate of ‘Launch Culture’.


What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • An obsession with sneaker culture and the contemporary fashion industry.
  • Strong Communication skills – must be able to liaise with suppliers and internal teams and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  • Passion for marketing and launch culture.
  • Highly organised, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding team player – this role requires high levels of teamwork, working with multiple teams across the organisation.
