JUNIOR MERCHANDISER– FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON

We are looking to bring a Junior Retail Merchandiser in to support the growing bricks and mortar Retail Portfolio at END. As we approach the opening of more stores both in the UK and Internationally this role presents itself as a massive and exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

The role of the Junior Retail Merchandiser is to work with the Retail Merchandiser to get the right stock to the right place at the right time and to constantly monitor what is selling and what is not to optimise profitability. The Junior Retail Merchandiser will work with Buyers, Retail Ops and Internal Deliveries to make informed decisions on how to increase sales.

Attention to detail, a keen interest in retail as well as commercial awareness and excellent numerical skills will prove invaluable in this role. What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities


  • Responsible for reviewing and updating our replenishment system, ensuring all stores have the appropriate stock levels to achieve company sales budgets
  • Maintaining bestselling and continuous product line availability at store level
  • Work closely with Retail Merchandiser to best allocate product based on sell through and local trends
  • Managing store stock budget spend across the season
  • Reacting to and making changes to the replenishment system for any promotional calendar changes or updates
  • Produce and send picking lists to the Internal Delivery Team following each stock allocation
  • Building key relationships with Stores and Store Managers, ensuring all stock queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Building relationships with Buying, the Internal Delivery Team, Marketing and Launch teams to maximise flexibility and commitment
  • Allocating appropriate stock for new stores
