WOMENSWEAR PHOTOGRAPHY MANAGER– FULL-TIME, NORTH SHEILDS

The Photography team are a key part of the studio workflow process, capturing END. products to support the best-in-class retail experience. We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Studio for a Womenswear Photography Manager. This is a really exciting time to be joining END.


What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Direct line management of womenswear e-commerce photography team.
  • Mentor and develop the in-house team, providing support and guidance.
  • Studio walk arounds, performance monitoring and maintaining image quality.
  • Photography reporting - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data and targets to drive performance and decision making.
  • Define, communicate and manage womenswear photography team processes, systems and tools.
  • A key part of the studio team, building strong relationships across the studio to help ensure a smooth and aligned workflow process.
  • Responsible for the womenswear photography style guide to ensure all products are photographed in a relevant and realistic manner.
    Capture high-quality e-commerce imagery to support the sale of our product online.
  • Ability to work across all set types for womenswear.
  • Able to prepare sets and check photographic equipment is in good working order and highlighting the need for any repairs.
  • Safety and upkeep of e-commerce photographic areas.

    • Capture One and professional lighting.
