We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Engineering department for a Delivery Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, strong communicator to join END. – the leading global online destination for contemporary men and womenswear, as a Delivery Manager.

Working alongside our Squads, your main focus will be removing friction; allowing them to ship their best work without distraction or blockers. You’ll bring new ideas, build a learning culture, especially with regards to Agile and Lean best practices, and be constantly looking to improve the way we work.

You’ll be concerned with the health and happiness of the team members and how they work together. You will encourage and motivate the team and protect them from distractions, so they are able to focus on what they are best at.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Helping cross-functional squads ideate, plan, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively.
  • Collaborating with Chapter Leads and Product Managers to eliminate blockages and ensure all initiatives and releases are run efficiently.
  • Supporting Product Managers in communicating roadmaps, bug status, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that team ceremonies are valuable and engaging.
  • Encouraging Lean and Agile thinking, driving everyone in Tech to set goals, embrace change, measure performance, and self-organise.
  • Ensuring that we’re prepared for large feature releases; work has been thoroughly tested, relevant business functions have been informed, trained, and are aligned.
  • Fostering a culture of inclusivity, and psychological safety that drives continuous feedback and improvement for both teams and individuals.
  • Challenging Product, Design, and Engineering to create high-performing teams that build quality products, and deliver customer value in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Experience with Agile delivery in fast moving and unstructured environments
  • Have worked day to day with engineers within teams
  • Have identified coaching and facilitation needs across an org.
  • Jira & Miro (or similar)
