STUDIO STOCK ASSISTANT – FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our studio department for a Studio Stock Assistant. Studio Stock Assistants facilitate the goods-in process to the Studio and track Studio stock. The Studio Stock team work as part of the end-to-end Studio Workflow process, collecting stock from the Logistics team and managing the transition into the Studio process

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Stocktaking all items sent and received 
  • Ensuring all new stock is pulled for photography and store as quickly and efficiently as possible 
  • Planning and actioning the most effective way of placing stock for assistants to access 
  • Ensuring goods inward and stock control is well organised and controlled to help support the needs of the business 
  • Managing discrepancies  
  • Actively follow and promote company health and safety 
  • Carrying out any other duties as can reasonably be asked 
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and orderly workspace
