E-COMMERCE MERCHANDISING MANAGER - FULL TIME, WASHINGTON

We currently have an amazing opportunity to be part of the Studio Management Team. The E-Commerce Merchandising Manager manages the E-Commerce team and is responsible for our approach to e-commerce merchandising and search tool optimisation, team performance, output and operations.

The E-Commerce Team oversees the online visual merchandising process, promotions and seasonal campaign pages of all digital platforms. They work as part of the end-to-end Studio Workflow process, enabling all products as quickly as possible and ensuring search and discovery are optimised for a best in class retail experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • E-Commerce team performance, budget and day-to-day operations
  • Defining, communicating and evolving END.’s approach to merchandising and search processes and optimisation, developing a data-led, test-driven culture
  • Ensuring that we manage the enabling and merchandising of all END. product according to schedule, embargos and any other relevant sales restrictions in effect
  • Ensuring all pages and categories are strategically merchandised to support business and customer goals
  • Directs E-Commerce Team to achieve supporting KPIs with a focus on reducing Time to Site and Cost per Style
  • Defines, communicates and manages E-Commerce team processes, systems and tools
  • Ensuring team quality and continuous improvement to drive an exceptional customer retail experience –
  • o Conducting and directing on-site audits to ensure products are correctly classified and consistent with Studio style guides
  • o Assist in resolution and delegation of appropriate Studio Support queries
  • Manage the on-site search facility to ensure search and discovery are optimised
  • Manage the planning, setup and maintenance of Promotions and Campaigns, including trend-led seasonal shops and landing pages (e.g. Holiday, Gifts, Lifestyle)
  • E-Commerce Team planning and forecasting to deliver on agreed targets
  • Resource management - responsible for overseeing resource management and timesheet records for E-Commerce staff and the efficient allocation (and forecasting) of resources in alignment with goals
  • E-Commerce team performance management - facilitating a performance-driven culture that attracts, retains and rewards people, according to the People Management framework
  • E-Commerce team reporting - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data and targets to drive performance and decision making
  • Building strong relationships across the business to support Studio output, with particular focus on the Technology team and collaboration with other Studio Team Leaders to help ensure a smooth and aligned workflow process
  • Devising team training and development plan and assisting with team recruitment, training and onboarding

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Team management experience with a proven track record of driving Performance
  • Previous online visual merchandising experience in a fashion environment with knowledge of the brands END. Carries
  • Excellent knowledge of the fashion industry and commercially aware to maximise conversion
  • Excellent understanding and appreciation of the END. customer profiles
  • Experience developing teams and processes in a controlled and efficient manner, whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
