AFFILIATE MARKETING EXECUTIVE– FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON

END. is a global destination for pinnacle products from over 500 leading brands and designers. This is an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join END. The successful candidate will report into the Affiliate Marketing Manager and will be an integral support in part of our small but highly focused Marketing Team.

You will be responsible for helping to define the strategy, daily management, operation and delivery of our growing affiliate program globally. The role will suit someone who is looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Affiliate Marketing Manager in building and developing the END. affiliate campaigns globally.
  • Perform daily account management in our affiliate network (Awin)
  • Publisher communications – pro-actively reach out to our network of publishers, and field enquiries from partners.
  • Keep pace with affiliate industry trends and developments.
  • Analyse competitor activity and recommend strategies to better-position END. on partner sites.
  • Help to develop strong relationships with affiliates – pro-actively reaching out to affiliates, and fielding publisher enquiries.
  • Provide recommendations on affiliate strategy, product campaigns and CPA initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Affiliate Manager to meet targets.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the END. brand across our affiliate campaigns.

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Strong experience of working in affiliate marketing.
  • Understanding of key affiliate metrics and how to influence them to meet targets.
  • Good working knowledge of the publisher/advertiser relationship.
  • Ability to work with large datasets in Excel/Sheets, and manipulate the data to provide meaningful results.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Managing large media spends.
  • Commercial awareness within a digital marketplace.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Be in-the-know about industry trends (both fashion and technology) and ensure we’re constantly pushing the boundaries with affiliate campaigns.
  • Inherent understanding of the END. customer and the brands we sell.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects in an organised but flexible manner and prioritising when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills – must be able to professionally and effectively liaise with stakeholders.
  • Well-organised, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding team player – this role requires high levels of team work, working with multiple teams across the organisation.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills.
  • Appreciation of other digital and performance marketing techniques.
