The successful candidate will report into the Head of Marketing – Performance and will work across both our Marketing and Engineering teams to deliver results.

You will be responsible for helping to define the strategy, daily management, operation and delivery of our SEO efforts globally across multiple site locales, for a significant and crucial source of traffic and revenue. The role will suit someone who is looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone with deep technical knowledge who is able to engage with our team of Software Engineers to create actionable outputs.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Devise and execute a short-term plan and then a longer-term strategy to deliver high levels of measurable growth in organic traffic and revenue; always thinking globally
  • Drive SEO forward and ensure best practice in the discipline becomes the norm
  • Work across the business collaborating with key stakeholders getting buy-in to elevate and execute SEO initiatives
  • Analyse and create strategic recommendations for online content architecture
  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
  • Monitor, analyse and draw actionable insights from search performance data from sources including Stat, AHrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major SEO metrics, traffic, ranking etc.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to company goals
  • Keep pace with search engine and SEO industry trends and developments

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Extensive experience of professional SEO experience
  • Experience working with popular SEO tools
  • Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Bing certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • An understanding of our technology stack and how this impacts SEO (React JS)
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex and technical data to a non-technical audience in a way that is easily digestible. Have an ability to tailor content based on the audience at hand
  • Commercial awareness within a digital marketplace
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce meaningful information
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and innovation, with a proactive approach to your work
  • Be in-the-know about industry trends (both fashion and technology) and ensure we’re constantly pushing the boundaries with SEO
  • Inherent understanding of the END. customer and the brands we sell
