WOMENSWEAR PHOTOGRAPHY MANAGER– FULL-TIME, NORTH SHEILDS

The Photography team work as part of the end-to-end Studio Workflow process, photographing END. products to support their sale online for a best-in-class retail experience. We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Studio for a Senior Photographer to support our womenswear launch. This is a really exciting time to be joining END.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality e-commerce photography in alignment with style guides and brand requirements to support the sale of our product online
  • Ability to work across all set types and spanning across womenswear
  • Able to prepare sets and check photographic equipment is in good working order and highlighting the need for any repairs
  • Safety and upkeep of ecommerce photographic areas
  • Adhering and contributing to the Photography Style Guide to ensure that all products are photographed in a relevant and realistic manner
  • Defines, communicates and manages Photography team processes, systems and tools
  • Support team leader with ad hoc responsibilities such as Studio walkarounds, performance monitoring and quality standards
  • Ensuring personal quality standards and continuous improvement to drive an exceptional customer retail experience
  • Coaching, training and mentoring Photography staff, providing support and guidance to develop skill sets
  • Photography reporting - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data and targets to drive performance and decision making
  • Building strong relationships across the studio (particularly with Styling, Image QA and Retouch) to help ensure a smooth and aligned workflow process

  • Can mentor team members and share knowledge and skills
  • Extensive demonstrable e-commerce photography experience
  • Capture One and professional lighting usage essential
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • An existing affinity for END. and the brands we sell
  • Highly organised and process driven with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude even when things get tough
