We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Finance department for a PO Planning Manager. The PO Planning Manager will manage the PO team, plan their workload then report performance. They will work with stakeholders to ensure orders placed by buying team are added to the system on a timely and accurate basis, while applying continuous improvement to all processes.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a team of purchase order planners who input high volumes of orders placed by the buying team.
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing the team as well as continually developing and improving processes.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to unblock any issues and drive positive change.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and workstreams such as customs clearance, integrating change as the business grows and processes evolve.
  • Reporting on team performance, understanding requirements of the team and capabilities within the level of resource, acting on the outputs accordingly.
  • Ongoing team performance and planning workload.

  • Demonstrable experience of managing a high-volume PO team
  • Knowledge of END.’s products and the brands we work with
  • Computer and numerical literacy
  • Excel and reporting skills
