RETAIL (VARIOUS ROLES) – FULL- TIME AND PART-TIME, NEWCASTLE-UPON-TYNE

We are excited to announce that we have permanent and temporary roles available in both of our Newcastle Stores.

Our Grainger Street store has asserted itself as the premier destination for cutting edge sportswear, contemporary and luxury menswear in the North East, in addition to this, it has garnered a reputation for providing an excellence of service not to be found anywhere else on the high street.

Our incredible 9,500sq ft flagship Grey Street store opens this November. The store will encompass our classic aesthetic over three floors and will include our usual mix of menswear as well as a significant lifestyle and apothecary offering. We will be looking for passionate and driven team members who can deliver the excellent customer experience that is associated with END.

We have the following vacancies:

Cashiers

  • Handle all transactions with customers using the EPOS system by scanning goods and collecting payment.
  • Promote add on sales and cross selling.
  • Promote Tax free shopping.
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide customers and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy cash desk area.
  • Wrap and bag purchases in line with END. company standards

Service Advisors

  • Networking amongst the END. customer base, developing new and building on existing customer relationships to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Support the store team in its combined efforts to maximise sales and heighten Company profile.
  • Outwardly display exemplary service techniques driving excellence of service as a basic standard.

Stock Assistants

  • Contribute to the profitability of the store by receiving, handling and managing the inventory of deliveries in a timely and organised manner.
  • Check deliveries for accuracy and verify that the quantity received matches the quantity sent. Ensure that products are accessible, available and ready for the sales floor.
  • Ensure that products are adequately stored to prevent damage.
  • Ensure replenishment stock transitions to the sales floor, as priority, upon receipt.

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • A brand ambassador of END. with impeccable personal presentation.
  • Experience in a customer facing role, ideally within luxury fashion or a related industry.
  • Ambition within the Retail function – we want to develop you within our business.
  • Sociable and charismatic with an innate ability to engage with and interact with all customer types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
