As Head of Brand Marketing at END., you will be responsible for developing and executing our Global Brand marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and consideration, deliver partnerships and activations that engage our communities around the world and ensure END. remains an authentic and credible voice in the market. For this key leadership role, we are looking for an experienced leader capable of setting overall strategy and engaging our exceptional team of in-house marketing and creative professionals to deliver on key projects and objectives.

The Ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Own, develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the internal Brand Marketing Team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Brand Development and Positioning:

  • Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
  • Lead the Creative Team’s development of brand creative direction and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment in product development, communications, and customer experience.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
    • Utilize a data-driven approach to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

    Team Management and Development:

    • Lead and develop a high-performing brand marketing team.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other departments, including Buying, Collabs, CS, CX and others to ensure a unified brand experience.

    Skills and experience

    • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on brand development and management.
    • Extensive experience managing inhouse and external creative teams and agencies.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and built support from stakeholders across the business.
    • Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends
    • Strong, positive attitude, with the ability to embrace uncertainty and to lead change.
