TAX ACCOUNTANT– FULL- TIME, NORTH SHEILDS

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Finance department for a Tax Accountant. We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic and ambitious Tax Accountant to work with the finance leadership team and key senior stakeholders across the business. Reporting directly to END.’s Head of Tax, this role will be involved in a wide range of high-profile workstreams and projects, and will provide excellent learning, development and career progression opportunities.
We are looking for candidates with tax experience gained in either an accounting firm or industry, with a working knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS or FRS102. Experience in key areas of tax which this role will support would be advantageous, such as Corporation tax, Customs Duty and management, VAT/Sales Taxes. We are looking for a part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), with a strong academic background and advanced Excel skills.
The role will work with a wide range of stakeholders, so you must be able to demonstrate confidence, strong communication skills, be well organised, be able to work to tight deadlines and support with moving projects forward to a successful conclusion.
