We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Studio department for a Stylist. The Styling team work as part of the end-to-end Studio Workflow process, styling END. products in a relevant and appropriate manner to support their sale online for a best-in-class retail experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring that END. style products in alignment with Style Guides, customer profiles and brand requirements to support the sale of our product online
  • Ability to work flexibly across a range of products to create client-facing imagery
  • Collaboration with an on-set team to direct models and select best poses/imagery
  • Safety and upkeep of styling areas
  • Adhering and contributing to the END. Style Guide to ensure that all products are styled in an appropriate manner, interpreting brand aesthetics and adjacencies
  • Adheres to Styling team processes, systems and tools with a focus on continuous improvement to drive team efficiencies and quality
  • Continuously looking to improve our online imagery, providing competitor reports and conducting site walks
  • Look to enhance our model’s wardrobe, offering support and suggestions to Styling Assistants
    • Ensures team quality and continuous improvement to drive an exceptional customer retail experience - Ensures personal quality standards and appropriate product/brand adjacencies
    • Minimising reshoots by sharing recurring issues and suggesting process/training changes
    • Conducting on-site audits to ensure quality standards
    • Assist in resolution of appropriate Studio Support queries
  • Promotes discussions about the brand on set and suitability of poses, styling and direction
  • Active interest in brand development, research and moodboarding
  • Styling reporting - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data and targets to drive performance and decision making
  • Building good relationships across the Studio with particular focus on collaboration with Photography, Image QA and Retouch to help ensure a smooth and aligned workflow process

    What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

    Skills and experience

    • Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks. Knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on- the-job experience. Operates within a defined role, with some autonomy in how tasks are delivered.
    • Good understanding of how the team integrates and collaborates with other teams to achieve overall objectives of the department.
    • Provides on the job training/support for new team members. May allocate resources and coordinate tasks for the team, check and report on quality and work progress and individual actions. May act as coach/ mentor.
    • Understands procedures and has the capability to evaluate and select the appropriate alternatives from defined options and plans and monitors own work within agreed deadlines. Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of own work. Produces routine reports and other documents from standard templates. Performs a range of activities in a variety of structured environments.
    • Direct impact on customer experience and team performance through the quality of the tasks performed or services provided.
    • Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and/or customers.
