This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Activations Executive to join END. The successful candidate will report into the Marketing Activations Manager and will be an integral support in part of our expanding and highly focused Marketing Team.

You will be a core member of the Activations team, assisting with key projects and owning press responsibilities, in line with business objectives. We are looking for someone with an excellent knowledge and passion for the fashion and sportwear space we operate in. Along with being proactive and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, you’ll be rewarded by seeing the impact of your work on real customers in the real world across store activations, immersive pop-up experience, consumer and industry event and digital activations.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Activations Manager and Senior Brand Marketing Manager in assisting with the planning and execution of brand marketing activations, both online and in-store, including community events, store installations and digital storytelling campaigns.
  • Assist with the management of both digital and in-store brand activation calendars, ensuring all business functions and key stakeholders are updated regularly.
  • Support the Marketing Activations Manager in idea generation for marketing activations that aim to delight, attract, nurture, and retain customers and incubate community.
  • Own press and outreach duties, communicating key activations and news stories internally and externally, nurturing relationships with aligned media partners, while proactively fielding press enquiries.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on marketing activations to present to senior leadership team and brand partners
  • Confidently build relationships with both brand partners, third party agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively between creative, retail, logistics and marketing teams ensuring all business functions are updated regularly to bring projects to life

What you’ll be able to demonstrate
Skills and experience

  • Marketing Degree or relevant industry experience
  • An obsession with sneaker culture and contemporary fashion
  • Inherent understanding of the END. customer and our wholesale partners.
  • Be in-the-know about relevant industry trends to ensure we’re constantly pushing the boundaries with marketing activities
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the END. brand across our marketing channels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects in an organised but flexible manner & prioritizing when necessary
  • Strong communication skills – must be able to liaise with suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  • Highly organised, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding team player – this role requires high levels of teamwork, working with multiple teams across the organisation.
  • A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Adobe InDesign.
  • Excellent command of MS Office-package.
