This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Copywriter to join the END. Clothing Content Team. Responsible for the day to day running of the Copy Team, the Team Leader will need to ensure all product descriptions are accurate, clear, concise and consistent with the END. tone of voice. You will lead the Copywriters, ensuring the team are fully supported, motivated and achieving daily targets.

Highly-organised and a confident communicator, the Copywriting Team Leader should have strong commercial awareness, a good knowledge of men’s fashion and the proven ability to write, edit and proofread copy. An exciting opportunity within Content, we are looking for an individual who is positive, detail orientated and proactive in developing the site’s descriptions, mentoring new writers and always seeking out areas for improvement; ensuring copy across the site is industry-leading and maintaining the END. standard.


Oversee the Copy Team – managing workflow, monitoring output, as well as proofreading and editing on-site descriptions.

Use of systems and reporting in order to supervise both team and individual’s performance.

Take responsibility to ensure quality and consistency of written content across the website, including product descriptions, banner taglines and landing pages.

To review front end of website - ensuring copy uploaded is well-written, in a concise, accurate and informative manner, showcasing all relevant key details.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and co-ordinate communication with brands in order to receive key product information.

Demonstrate competitor awareness and knowledge of key brands, products and trends.

Manage and maintain current and future product descriptions and work with content management to create an ever-improving strategy.

Take initiative and be proactive about assisting content management in identifying areas for improvement

Support Content management in the development of team members, increasing engagement and providing ongoing training to all new and current staff members.

Assist management in HR duties such as holding staff reviews and interviewing for new roles.

Assist on all ad-hoc copy requirements.


Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.

An excellent knowledge of industry-specific terminology

Exceptional time management, organization and planning skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to effectively lead a small team

Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through and ability to focus in an energetic and dynamic environment

A broad and in-depth knowledge of fashion and the brands that END. carries

A knowledge of Magento software would be advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in English/Journalism or equivalent preferable
