DATA ANALYTICS - FULL TIME - LONDON
Who We Are:
Inspired by a shared love of fashion, sneakers and the surrounding culture, END. was founded in Newcastle upon Tyne back in 2005. Our first UK store brought together a curated mix of celebrated designers and emerging brands, many of which were previously hard to find outside of London. From day one, we’ve nurtured a community of like-minded individuals united by a love for this ever-evolving culture.
Today, END. serves over 2 million customers worldwide through a seamless blend of online and physical retail. Our industry-leading stores in Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, London, and Milan reflect our commitment to innovation, influence, and inspiration. We offer a carefully curated selection of menswear, womenswear, sneakers, homeware, and lifestyle products to a global audience.
At the heart of END. is our customer and it’s our people and culture that make the difference. With over 600 employees across our HQ, offices, and retail locations, our customer-first mindset continues to guide everything we do.
The Role:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of SQL experience to support analytics across key areas of the business. You will help build self-serve reporting, deliver regular performance insights and support stakeholders with data that improves commercial decisions.
This role is hands-on: you will work with large datasets, build dashboards, investigate trends and proactively surface opportunities across customer behaviour, product performance and digital journeys using a host of tools mentioned above.
You'll be joining END.'s Analytics team (team of 3), reporting into the Analytics Lead. We are a central function that supports the business with high-quality insight, reporting and data-driven recommendations. We work closely with Commercial Trading, Digital, CRM, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and Senior Leadership to understand customer behaviour, commercial performance and the key drivers of growth.
We work with modern data and analysis tools including Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Data Studio, Power BI and Bloomreach.
Our purpose is to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making and help END. grow sustainably and strategically.
To do so, we are increasingly utilising AI tools and applications, in particular Claude to bring teams, tools and data together, surface insights and actions and create smooth operating models for business growth.
Expertise and interest in this area is welcomed.
