We currently have an exciting opportunity in our IT Operations department for a D365 Operations Lead. The successful person will Lead a team of Functional Consultants to provide support on the D365 Platform and associated integrations. This includes incident management, training and testing of upgrades and enhancements.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our team of in-house ERP experts who are responsible for incident management, end user education and testing activities.
  • Liaise with key business contacts to ensure support is effective
  • Provide insight and guidance on best practices and workflows
  • Own and manage manual and automated testing workstreams
  • Prioritise tasks in line with business objectives
  • Work alongside the ERP Lead to support ongoing development and project work
  • Work closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure successful integrations
  • Ensure we are writing good quality documentation
  • Be able and willing to bring new ideas to the table

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Extensive People Management experience
  • Proven experience of working with D365 across multiple functions
  • Able to build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
  • Manages Major Incidents proving clear communication to users affected
  • Awareness of application Regression, Smoke and User Acceptance testing processes
  • A technical understanding of 3rd party integrations and APIs
