We currently have an exciting opportunity in our IT Engineering department for a Dynamics 365 QA Tester with a background in D365 Finance & Operations and Retail. You will be given descriptions of functionality and outcomes required; It will be up to you to help design the test plans to fit.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Be a contributing member of a growing ERP team
  • Working in an agile environment to support the development of solutions in D365 Finance/ Commerce/ Supply chain
  • Creation of test plans, working with end users and reporting to stakeholders
  • Perform unit and integrations testing and supporting the business with end-to-end testing
  • Analyse and report on test data
  • Management of bugs from creation to resolution

Skills and experience

  • Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks.
  • Good understanding of how the team integrates and collaborates with other teams to achieve overall objectives of the department.
  • Good understanding / working experience of ERP application and collaborates with other teams to achieve overall objectives of the department.
  • Understands procedures and has the capability to evaluate and select the appropriate alternatives from defined options and plans and monitors own work within agreed deadlines.
  • Direct impact on customer experience and team performance through the quality of the tasks performed or services provided.
  • Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and/or customers.
