We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Customer Services department in the Returns team for a Returns Co-Ordinator. The Returns team processes products returned by the customer and provides the outcome that the customer requires. they also work closely with the Studio team to return items to stock once they have been photographed for launch.

What you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer returns as efficiently as possible to meet individual and team targets and ensuring accuracy.
  • To inspect all returned goods and ensure they have been returned correctly and in accordance to our terms and conditions.
  • Managing and accurately putting away returned stock within our fulfilment centre.
  • To deal with customer requests in an enthusiastic and friendly manner.
  • To manage customer accounts effectively.
  • General housekeeping duties in the fulfilment centre to ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times.
  • Exceptional housekeeping and preparation of work area to ensure efficiencies and productivity throughout your working shift.
  • To work collaboratively with other departments when required.
