LEAD BACKEND DEVELOPER - FULL TIME, LONDON

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our IT & Engineering department for a Lead Backend Developer. As a Lead, you will play a vital role in building and running the day-to-day of the backend team. You will enjoy sharing experience and skills to help develop your team members. You will be hands on to solve difficult technical problems whilst considering software architecture, performance, quality and security. You will devise elegant and creative solutions to challenging problems, highlight issues with existing architecture and tidy it up. As part of our in house team you will be able to produce your best work, in a relaxed creative environment, and you’ll be rewarded by seeing the impact of your work on real customers in the real world.
