Work closely with the Head of Collabs & Special Projects to align design intentions with partnership strategy.
Collaborate daily with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production to ensure on‑time delivery.
Support Marketing and Brand teams with product storytelling, content needs, visual assets, and campaign direction.
Provide design support for retail and experiential activations where product representation is required. - External Partner Management:
Engage directly with creative partners (brands, designers, artists) during the design development process.
Present design concepts, iterate based on feedback, and ensure alignment with both brand partners’ and internal expectations.
Maintain professionalism and brand representation in all partner communications. - Project & Process Management:
Manage multiple collaboration design projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and deliverables.
Support creation and documentation of design workflows, calendars, and processes specific to collaborations.
Help ensure all milestone materials - design boards, prototypes, photos, samples - are delivered at the right time and standard. - Creative & Cultural Leadership:
Continuously research emerging trends, cultural moments, and creative movements relevant to collaboration opportunities.
Contribute fresh perspectives that stretch the brand creatively while remaining commercially grounded.
Inspire junior team members and help elevate design standards across the wider Design department.
