The Role:
The Property Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery across a portfolio of properties. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and maintained to a high standard, while delivering a positive experience for colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Facilities Operations
- Supervise daily facilities management activities across assigned properties.
- Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) are operating effectively
- Coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive repairs
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure, Health & Safety, quality and compliance
Contractor &
Supplier Management
- Manage third-party contractors, service providers, and suppliers
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Review contractor performance and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget
- Support procurement processes including tendering and contract negotiations
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and building regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Maintain records for inspections, certifications, and statutory compliance
- Lead incident reporting and investigation processes
Colleagues & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues’ queries related to facilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service delivery
- Coordinate moves, and project works where required
- Communicate effectively with internal clients and contractors
Financial & Administrative Management
- Assist in managing facilities budgets and controlling operational costs
- Review invoices, approve expenditures, and track maintenance spend
- Prepare reports on facilities performance, incidents, and maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Team Supervision
- Supervise in house and outsourced facilities staff (technicians, cleaners, security where applicable)
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback
- Act as the central point of contact for all facilities-related requests across flagship stores (London, Newcastle, Manchester, Glasgow and Milan), London head quarters and the distribution centre in Washington.
Who we’re looking for:
- Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance frameworks
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Financial awareness and budget management capability
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
- Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar role
- Experience supervising teams and managing contractors
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) preferred
- Technical background (engineering, building services, or similar) is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities management practices
- Based across multiple property sites (as required)
- May require occasional out-of-hours response for emergencies
- Combination of office-based and on-site operational work
- Compliance audit scores
- Maintenance response and resolution times

- Contractor performance metrics
