PRODUCT MANAGER - FULL TIME, LONDON

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Engineering department for a Product Manager. As Product Manager, you will take a user-centric approach to help form the vision, roadmap, and goals for END. products, working with engineers and designers to plan, build and iterate high-quality product experiences. As part of our in house team you will be able to produce your best work, in a relaxed creative environment, and you’ll be rewarded by seeing the impact of your work on real customers in the real world.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Product and Product team to build and deliver the roadmap
  • Scope and prioritise based on business and customer needs
  • Lead the ideation, development and launch of new features and improvements
  • Lead cross-functional teams, proactively removing obstacles and improving processes
  • Translate product strategy into detailed business requirements and user stories
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform product success and health
  • Engage stakeholders with product progress and direction

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Ability to lead and influence teams to manage successful products throughout their lifecycle
  • Thrives and contributes to Agile startup environment dealing with fast pace and changing needs
  • Strong understanding of product-building areas including engineering, data/analytics and design
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and communication skills
  • Passion for building cutting-edge, disruptive products
  • Strong technical acumen. Knowledge of microservices architecture and APIs desirable
  • Experience with ecommerce products desirable
