FRAUD AND PAYMENTS ANALYST - FULL TIME, NORTH SHIELDS

We have a rare opportunity to join our Fraud and Payments team which is a key part of the Finance department at END. The fraud and payments analysts aim to maximise revenues alongside mitigating the risk of fraud. In addition to tackling fraud, they will be exploring and helping implement new payment methods and improved ways of working to enhance the customer experience. What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities

  • Monitoring transactions to detect fraudulent orders.
  • Investigating suspicious activity and making informed decisions.
  • Dealing with the chargeback and dispute process.
  • Maintaining a positive consumer experience.
  • Actively monitor and optimise the payment flow.
  • Using data analysis to improve rulesets and processes.
  • Providing support to the Customer Service team in handling payment and fraud queries.
  • Assist in delivering payment projects.
  • Investigate payment processing issues and liaise with payment service providers.
  • Assisting with regular reports on fraud and payments key metrics.

Other duties as required by the line manager and the needs of the business, such as ad-hoc commercial finance projects.
