COLLABORATIONS CO-ORDINATOR- FULL TIME, WASHINGTON

The Collaborations Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Collaborations Design Manager to lead the creation of a range of products with the wider design team, controlling and maintaining the END. voice through the creation of product, ensuring coherent stories are being processed which will resonate with our customer base in terms of product and marketing strategy.

You will be working as part of the Collaborations team, to help lead the team through ideation, design, development and marketing strategy of all collaborative product; building and maintaining strong and functional relationships with the design team as well as brand design partners. A genuine love for the world of the fashion industry, sneaker culture and streetwear trends are essential for the role and to help lead this fast-moving team forward, with a constant goal of surpassing previous projects. A strong eye for trends, colour, product and a passion for creating powerful and unique stories is essential for the role.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Management of the product design process and the product design team - developing the team to be outstanding in their field
  • Creative vision to sculpt stories, product, marketing plans, creating synergy between all aspects of collaboration projects.
  • Management of design document production, including product pitch, sample reviews and to market planning.
  • Understanding and implementation of colour, materialisation, design principals, customer profiling and limitations.
  • Control of coherent and cohesive storytelling across all aspects of collaboration projects.
  • Maintaining and assisting in guiding the END. tone of voice.
  • Engage the END. community with go to market plans for collaborations that bring community and purpose to the forefront of the activation via store & social, asset creation, copywriting and any other additional content.
  • Maintain and improve the standard of asset production across, imagery, video and written output.

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience of managing a team of professionals - recruiting the best talent, setting performance expectations and developing team members
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience in footwear / apparel design.
  • Creative vision beyond product design is a must, with an unparalleled attention to detail.
  • Great interpersonal and relationship building skills to develop contacts and industry relations, as well as working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • High level of written and spoken language.
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills.
  • Highly organised and process driven with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A genuine hunger to push boundaries, looking to constantly surpass already high standards.
  • An existing affinity for END. and the brands we sell.
  • Can do attitude.
