PURCHASE ORDER PLANNER– FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our award-winning finance department for a PO Planner. The PO Team accurately create products and raise purchase orders in line with supplier information. They create purchase orders and products following agreed processes.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with finance, buying, content and stock to ensure product naming and pricing is accurate for all stock on website and in store.
  • Create accurate Purchase Orders for all Launch products in the required timescale
  • Attend twice weekly Launch meetings and make sure all issues are resolved
  • Monitor daily Launch e-mail reports and maintain data integrity as a result
  • Ensure all Launch products have correct pricing, modes and release dates
  • Support ad hoc projects and workstreams.

  • A sound knowledge of END. Launches and products
  • Extensive excel skills and experience
  • Excellent computer and numerical literacy
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
  • A keen eye for detail
