IMAGERY QA COORDINATOR – FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Content department for an Imagery QA Coordinator.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Work across both Photography Studio and Content departments to ensure a seamless transition of product workflow
  • Quality check flats and models imagery produced by the Photography Studio
  • Paying particular attention to detail, look out for colour inconsistency, styling discrepancies, shaping issues, etc.
  • Feedback to Photography Team Leaders for reshoots / issues to do with image quality
  • Move checked images across to the Retouch team’s workflow ready for them to be worked on
  • Feedback to Retouch Team Leaders any imagery issues that can be fixed in post-production
  • Prioritise and take responsibility of workflow and working towards tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work through a high volume of imagery, maintaining quality of work and productivity
  • Review the front end of the site for imagery in need of reshooting
  • Take initiative and be proactive about assisting the Photography and Retouch Team Leaders in identifying areas for improvement
  • Work with management to identify areas of improvement to workflow and provide daily reports
  • Demonstrate competitor awareness
