We currently have an exciting opportunity in our IT Operations & Engineering department for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technical Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with the CTO to support the management of the day-to-day operation of our IT & Engineering teams, as well as assisting where possible to help us achieve our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful and highly organised individual able to handle rapidly changing priorities with a positive can-do attitude

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Board packs, agendas, meeting notes, reporting, minute taking, meeting preparation
  • Project coordination / management, including background research
  • Producing high quality presentations and documents
  • Supporting and managing delivery to deadlines and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating action plans and facilitating and co-ordinating follow-ups
  • Diary management, travel and accommodation management, expenses
  • Planning and coordination of team events / socials
  • General administration, including for the company and key support teams

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Experience of working as an Executive Personal Assistant or senior PA
  • Exceptional organisation, communication & stakeholder management skills and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, good numeracy and a high level of attention to detail
  • Drive and ability to deliver high-quality and accurate outputs
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple demands and support deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Ability to understand business priorities and quickly adapt to changes
  • Desire to embrace technology to enhance efficiency
  • Highly motivated and passionate about supporting the company to meet its goals
  • Experience working within a high growth technology team would be beneficial
